1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astromatchlove, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users globally, with additional provisions for EU consumers as noted.

2. Service Overview

Astromatchlove is a professional Parashara-based astrology portal provided by Aura Digital. The service offers features including birth chart generation, compatibility matching, and daily astrology insights.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features, content, and structure of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Tokens, Plans and Pricing

Astromatchlove operates on a token-based access system.

One-Off Token Purchase

  • €9.99 one-off payment
  • Includes 2 tokens
  • Tokens allow access to astrology features as described on the website.
  • Tokens are non-transferable and linked to the purchaser’s account.
  • Tokens may expire if stated at the time of purchase; otherwise they remain available for use.

4. Billing and Payment

  • Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout.
  • Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€), and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation & EU Consumer Rights

5.1 Cancellation

Since Astromatchlove is a one-off purchase model (not a subscription), there is no ongoing billing and no subscription to cancel.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Exceptions apply:

  • If you begin using the service or redeem any tokens before the 14-day period ends, you forfeit your right of withdrawal.
  • Use is considered to begin when you log in and start using any tools, or when you use tokens in the platform.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at help@astromatchlove.com with your cancellation request, including:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your order reference

Refunds will be processed within 14 days if eligible.

6. Account Use & Responsibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Sharing account access is discouraged and may result in termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, astrology calculations, reports, and documentation made available through Astromatchlove are the property of Aura Digital or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitations of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the amount paid for your most recent token purchase (i.e., €9.99).

9. Termination

Aura Digital may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands.

EU Customers: This choice of law does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. You may bring claims in your local courts as permitted by law.
